1. These Terms and How They Change

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. They set out the basis on which bookings at RHB are accepted, and apply to bookings made directly through RHB websites and paid through the payment gateway. Registered address: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. By using this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting the updated version on this website. Changes take effect as soon as they are posted. Please review these Terms from time to time. If we make a significant change, we will let you know using the contact details you have provided.

2. House Rules

Smoking: Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Smoking anywhere else carries a fine of SAR 1,500. Pets: Not allowed. Visitors: All visitors must be registered at reception. Visits are allowed until 10:00 PM. Quiet hours: Please keep noise down, especially after 10:00 PM. Damage and breakage: The party responsible will cover the cost of repair or compensation.

3. Early Check-In and Early Check-Out

Early check-in: RHB may charge a fee for early check-in. Availability and charges will be confirmed by our Guest Experience Team before you arrive. Early check-out: Guests who wish to leave before their scheduled departure date must let our Guest Experience Team know in advance. Early check-out may carry an additional charge under the rate conditions.

4. Cancellation Policy

All bookings are subject to RHB's cancellation policy, which varies by rate. Guests are entitled to a refund of up to 100% of the amount paid if they cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time. Not checking in on the scheduled arrival date may result in a penalty, as set out in the rate's cancellation policy. RHB may cancel or change a booking if: the guest provides an invalid or fraudulent card; there is any fraudulent or inappropriate activity; the booking contains errors or results from a system failure; the booking does not comply with these Terms and Conditions. Guests who shorten their stay or check out earlier than planned will be charged cancellation penalties under the rate's cancellation policy. In the event of a cancellation, RHB does not guarantee availability or the best rate, and guests who wish to rebook will need to make a new booking at the best available rate.

5. Proof of Payment

As a condition of using this website, you agree to send proof of payment to RHB's reservations team within 48 hours of booking, quoting your booking confirmation number. If proof of payment is not received within 48 hours, the booking will be cancelled, and you will be responsible for any cancellation or no-show fees. You are also solely responsible for any bank or transaction fees incurred during payment.

6. No-Show and Cancellation Fees

In the event of a no-show or cancellation, RHB may charge penalties under the rate's cancellation policy, up to the full amount of the booking. If you cancel within the specified cancellation window, charges may be a percentage of the booking or its full cost.

7. Limitation of Liability

RHB is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of this website or from any booking, including, without limitation, loss of data, loss of profit, or personal injury. RHB is liable only for direct damages resulting from proven negligence on its part.

8. Data Privacy

By using this website and making a booking, you agree to the collection and processing of your personal data under the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. RHB handles all personal data provided by guests securely and in line with Saudi data protection law.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms will be settled exclusively by the competent courts in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. RHB reserves the right to seek injunctive relief or any other appropriate legal remedy if any provision of these Terms and Conditions is breached.

10. Your Agreement

We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time by updating this page, and the revised terms take effect once posted. Some parts or features of the site may be subject to additional terms, and where that applies, we will let you know.
