When and how do I pay?
Pay for your booking on our website, and your stay is confirmed instantly. We accept debit and credit cards only, and do not accept cash on arrival.
How do I cancel my booking?
Our cancellation policy: Full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking and your check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in. No refund for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in. Our Guest Experience Team is available 24/7 to help you cancel. Booked through another site? Please cancel or change your booking through the site you used. Other sites often have stricter cancellation policies, so check them before you book and contact them directly with any questions.

Check-in at RHB is self-service, for your safety and our team's. We send your check-in instructions before you arrive, so you can let yourself in whenever suits you.
